For Y.E.S. 933 LHB, please click on following instruction link and find out how to vote for Wei Lian's song into the chart. The Singapore Hit Awards (SHA 2008) will tabulated results for the past year till 31 July 2008. As extracted from 22 July 2008 TODAY papers, SHA 08 will be held 25 October 2008, 7.30pm in Singapore Indoor Stadium. More ticketing details at SISTIC website. Channel U is the official broadcasting station for the event, so do check out the schedule if you wishes to catch the actions!

Online Voting has begun! From 1 September 2008, 10am to 21 September 2008, 11.59pm, you can cast your vote at Most Popular Male Artiste (Listener’s Choice). Final tabulation will include 40% online voting and 60% past LHB chart results. Wei Lian also has been nominated under best local singer category. More details: Best Local Singer (Singapore)

This year, the 8th prize-giving ceremony will be held on 29 October 2008 in Hong Kong (originally at Beijing), by means of media conferencing style. Global Chinese Music Awards 2008, Wei Lian's "I Love You" is nominated for Most Popular Song and Wei Lian himself is nominated for Most Popular Male Singer. GCMA Nomination List Do show your support and cast these two votes. Voting starts from 6 Oct 08 to 20 Oct 08.

Note: At the 7th Global Chinese Music Awards 2007, Wei Lian performed songs with Hong Kong Queen of pop Joey Rong Zu Er. More details and photos at GCMA post review 1, GCMA post review 2. The event was held on Oct 7 2007, at 7.45pm. Repeat radio telecast will be on RTHK station - Channel 2 around 50th - 70th minute of the recording. As for TV recordings of the event, tentatively could be shown at a later date on tvb channel, so stay tune here for further news.
